Tunnel
The tunnel SELECT is developed to perform a quality thermo fixation, due to the regular temperature distribution, in all the extent of the tunnel, presenting a high capacity of piece fulfilling, protecting the colour’s originality textiles.
Electromechanical features that turn the SELECT into a great thermo fixation tool:
- control panel of mixed and simple use
- thermal insulation achieved by the interpose of two layers of rock wool panels, in order to get a lower loss efficiency
- heating by direct-burning or exchange (optional)
- internal axial flow fan for a constant hot-air circulation
- an air filtration system for the burner and air circulation
- external exhaust header system of saturated gas, placed on the upper part of the tunnel antistatic and resistant mesh conveyor belt for pieces, built in fibreglass coated with teflon
- internal panels of airflow distribution over the conveyor belt , enabling a linear ventilation in all the tunnel extension
- supply by gas or electricity (optional)
- input and output temperature digital display (optional)
- different length’s entry/exit opening’s (optional)
